What we expect
- Several years of relevant agency experience in the areas of design, communication strategy and conception (or comparable experience)
- Many years of experience in the development of cross-media branding and campaign concepts
- great passion for modern communication design
- A passionate eye for aesthetics, typography, colors and details
- Experience with preparing and managing pitch presentations
- conceptual way of thinking, creative mindset and exciting new perspectives
- Excellent communication with customers and colleagues
- Strong language skills and experience with a wide variety of text forms

Your Job
As a creative director, you are responsible for designing and implementing innovative brand and communication solutions. Your passion lies in both the creation of new things and the further development of existing communication concepts. With sensitivity and gut feeling, you are able to bring the uniqueness of our clients into focus. In close collaboration with your team, you drive the creative progress of the project and inspire your colleagues to come up with courageous and innovative solutions. With your interest in developments in the digital and analog world, you always bring a fresh approach to the game. You are also happy to present and represent your work directly to our clients. Through the power of storytelling and your individual style, you make each of our projects something very special. This way you can ensure that our work stays in mind and impresses with its quality.
Your Team
We are a young, hungry and people-oriented design agency in Vienna and Salzburg. Our client portfolio is diverse, creative and demanding. We support large corporate entities with all of their digital product needs, bring fresh air to established companies and accompany start-ups in developing their exciting innovative products for a range of new markets. Our core disciplines are web development, concept creation, user experience design, user interface design, animation design and brand design. With the creation of our Well Being Club we have developed an initiative which places a strong focus on the mental well-being and personal development of all our employees.
