What you bring
- Relevant education and professional experience in graphic and brand design
- A compelling portfolio that shows you approach design challenges holistically
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Experience in designing for print and especially digital formats
- Experience with AI tools in the design process
- A dose of curiosity and willingness to think outside the box
- Team spirit – because the best solutions rarely emerge in isolation
- Excellent German and English skills
Your Job
As a Brand Designer at dotsandlines, you'll dive deep into the world of visual identities – not to simply create pretty surfaces, but to solve real problems with good design. You'll translate complex brand strategies into creative concepts that work on both paper and screens, developing corporate designs with the right mix of strategic thinking and meticulous craftsmanship.
With a fine sense for typography, color, and form, you'll bring brand stories to life while always thinking holistically – from the smallest business card detail to immersive digital experiences. In our team, you're not just an implementer, but an idea generator with your own voice that you confidently represent to clients.
The Adobe Creative Suite is your second language, and you move effortlessly between print and digital because you know: good brands need both today. You don't shy away from integrating innovative AI tools into your design process – not as a replacement for your creativity, but as an extension of your possibilities and to discover new, unexpected perspectives.
