Based on the core concept of “Zusammen nachhaltig leben”, which translates to “living sustainably together,” we developed the name Zusa for both the platform and its AI assistant. Dynamic shapes, fresh colors, and a smart design language bring the brand’s values to life – while also expressing the AI’s encouraging, positive nature, reflected in both the conversational design and the lively brand mark.

Zusa has a sustainable answer to every question – and the brand’s friendly signet says just that. Alongside the branding, we developed the full digital experience. The biggest challenge? Seamlessly connecting the shop and AI chat at every point of interaction, and making it all feel intuitive.

Now, users can not only chat about life, the universe, and all things sustainable – but also search directly for relevant products. At the same time, Zusa’s science-based AI enables contextual conversations about what’s on display in the shop, or anything related.
