A traditional tourist card became a digital companion for the entire journey. From first discovery to choosing the right ticket and redeeming it on site, the app guides users clearly and intuitively through the offering. Different ticket options and service packages were structured, simplified, and translated into intuitive user flows — so variety turns into clarity and decisions feel easy.

Behind this simplicity lies significant complexity. Different ticket logics, offline functionality, accessibility requirements, and multiple connected partner systems all had to work seamlessly together. Our task was to orchestrate this complexity in a way that remains invisible — ensuring the app feels natural, reliable, and effortless at every step.
